1.How long does it take to prepare my order?

If order paid and confirmed, it takes 1-5 days to prepare your order before shipping out.

We are online fashion bag store, and We are Located in central area of CN was established in 2005, but we ship worldwide, wherever you are, we can ship to you!

5.What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6.What information needs to be provided before the return or exchange?

The customer needs to provide the order number of the returned shipment, product photos, and the reason for the return
